Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place. I decided to do one on one training and Jessica is awesome. She very patient and an fantastic teacher. Because of her I plan to make this a new hobby!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I love this place so much! It was the first time for my mom and I last night and we had Mel as our instructor. She was so nice and super talented. She definitely made me feel comfortable and my mom as well which we both need this class for fitness and confidence boost. I can’t wait to come back next week!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to pole fly for some time now on and off and everytime i go back it feels like home. Jess and Mel are very welcoming and knows their stuff. I recently had my pole party for my birthday and Mel was my host and she was amazing. She is talented, fun, and energetic. My favorite class to take is exotic pole taught by Mel. There in a safe non judgemental space we are as sexy as we want to be learning sensual moves and building confidence. Try a class you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I took a class with my best friends bridal party a couple of weeks ago. We had Mel as our teacher. I have been working on my confidence for a couple of years now, with some ups and downs. I had been doing pretty good and then i got Lyme disease and it set me back a bit. But anywho, I was nervous for the class and still working on finding my confidence again in life. When we came in, from the beginning of the class, she talked about finding our confidence and helped with reassuring words and confident vibes. It took me a few before I fully got into it, but once i did it felt so great!! By the end of the hour I was soaked in sweat and never felt better :D I finally felt more like myself again! I can not wait to return here and try all of the classes they have to offer! If you are feeling shy or nervous at all, I'm telling you it is absolutely worth pushing yourself through that comfort zone and giving this a try! You will feel so great and be happy that you did!! (I am also a bit on the chubbier side, so don't worry about whatever you may look like going in there!! Everyone can do this!)

Fantastic experience: Open studio acro was playful, safe, therapeutic and just plain fun. Also, complementary bananas, raisins, peanuts and granola bars. Intro to Pole is a blast--bring your friends! Flygym gets you upside down for fantastic back traction.
