Fantastic experience: Teri is an amazing coach! She is so dedicated to her athletes. Her community is THE BEST. I have been to a lot of CrossFit Affiliates and hers is top notch. ALL LEVELS of ability are welcomed with open arms. If you are just starting a journey or want to get better...this is your place.

Fantastic experience: Can't say enough good things about being a member of this box!!! Amazing Coach and the people there are my new extended family. I started at the end of May 2020 and had previous issues with my shoulders. Teri is great about modifications for my shoulders and i am finally doing things i haven't been able to do in years.
