Fantastic experience: My Son and Daughter have followed Coach Keith to every gym he’s been at for the last 6 years. Coach has a real passion for teaching kids Jui Jitsu and Muay Thai and seeing them grow, learn and have the ability to defend themselves in a situation. My daughter has grown so much confidence in training at Evolution MMA. Highly recommend Evolution MMA, Coach Keith and his amazing team of coaches.
