It can be overwhelming to begin a new fitness program, but we are here to make it as easy as possible. Our experienced trainers will provide you with the necessary information and support to stay on track. They will be there to cheer you on when you reach new milestones! We strive to create a supportive atmosphere to ensure your success, and our coaches will be with you every step of the way.

Wait it out - it will take some time, but if you stick with it, the rewards will be worth it. For those just starting out, the progress is usually rapid. In as little as a month, you can start to see an improvement in your strength and overall health.

We enjoy arranging our classes into small groups. This way, you have the opportunity to meet new people who may have similar interests as you!

It is reasonable for newbies to attend 2-4 classes per week, depending on their physical condition when they start. It may take a while for their body to adjust to exercising at such a high level, so they may need more time to rest between workouts in the early stages. Over the initial few months, they should strive to increase their training frequency up to five days a week.

Our fitness program is tailored to your individual needs and will help you achieve the results you desire. No matter your current fitness level, our program is designed to help you reach your goals. Our workouts are adjustable to your individual needs, and become more challenging as you progress. We offer a universal scalability that makes CrossFit perfect for any committed individual. Our program will help you get in shape, improve your fitness, and succeed.

Our class programming will involve a strength section where you can focus on exercises such as Olympic weightlifting, deadlifting, squatting, or bodyweight strength, or you may practice a skill like handstand push-ups. After the strength or skill portion of the class is done, most days will incorporate a workout that was designed for that day. Workouts can range from 5 to 20 minutes or longer.

Indulge yourself with special meals from time to time, but make sure it's something you can sustain in the long run. Eating healthy will make you feel good, and you'll soon find that junk food just isn't worth it. To really improve your health, try to limit your intake of refined carbs and keep track of your protein, carbs, and fat consumption.

Fantastic experience: Down in sunny Florida from snowy Minnesota and I dropped in at CrossFit Naples with my daughter! We had such a nice morning! The coach Miles approached us immediately even though he was in the middle of coaching a class to welcome us and make sure we were all set up. Class was very organized and the skills were demonstrated and explained in detail…will absolutely return in fact spending the week! Thank you for your warm and friendly manner and very well coached class!

Fantastic experience: I love how this gym works with all levels of athletes!
