NCH Briggs Wellness Center

Fantastic experience: The Wellness Center Downtown is a great gym! They offer excellent classes with lots of class times, clean and spacious workout areas, the equipment is always working and the staff is super helpful and pleasant. There is plenty of space and a ton of equipment for everyone - and it’s not intimidating at all. People of all ages and experience workout there. Locker rooms are immaculate and have a sauna for a great after workout treat! It’s my favorite gym to workout at when I’m in Naples!
