The private training is top notch from certified trainers and the space is gorgeous, airy, and feels incredibly clean and safe. I've been working out with Rob, the owner, for years from his first small studio to this new adventure, Blaze Fitness is the best new spot in Sonoma!

Fantastic experience: Blaze is a fantastic studio! I look forward to every visit and I never want to skip a workout. The facility is very private and clean and has so much space. My program was put together by their fitness director, who has over 2 decades of experience. The certified trainers (NASM) execute the program and keep things varied with their humor and enthusiasm. It is a top notch pace to get in shape and have fun doing it.
