Fantastic experience: Staff is great, always challenging and each workout is different!

Fantastic experience: Trevor and his HEXA team are amazing trainers who design three different workout programs every day, so no matter what level you’re at there’s a great workout for you. It’s not an in-your-face CrossFit type of gym - instead its a lot more personal, with the trainers providing everyone with feedback on their form, how they can improve, how they can modify workouts if they have an injury, etc. I’ve been going for 9 months and it has been the best workout experience of my life. And as a bonus, we’ve met so many awesome people through HEXA - the community there is amazing and everyone is super supportive of each other.
