Fantastic experience: In my 10 plus years of running, I had never joined a gym that offered specialty programs. I had simply relied strictly on mileage to keep me in shape. I decided to join Crush Fitness to supplement my running because I was missing the important aspect of strength training to help prevent injury and to stay competitive. The coaches at Crush Fitness have not only helped me achieve my personal running goals (including multiple PR’s), but they have transformed me into a more well-rounded athlete.

Fantastic experience: This facility is excellent for all skill levels! Whether you're a beginner or seasoned athlete, the atmosphere is safe, friendly and fun. The coaches are amazing and I have made some great friends here.

Fantastic experience: Did a drop in while on a recent vacation. The coach and people at this box were very friendly and helpful. The WOD was a very good workout and similar to what we do at my home box. Highly recommend that if you're looking for a place to go in the Napa area you check them out.
