Fantastic experience: Hands down the best yoga in Myrtle Beach! Shelsea is so chill and welcoming, good vibes all around. She’s an amazing teacher and makes sure everyone can enjoy her classes no matter their skill level. Yoga in the elements with an ocean view is definitely an experience you don’t want to miss!! Her online yoga studio is super cool too if you can’t make it in person!

Fantastic experience: This is the most beautiful place I have ever practiced yoga. I needed to find a place to practice while visiting my parents in Pawleys Island and Sea Yoga was hands down the best experience. It is great for beginners to advance. I am already looking forward to visiting my parents this summer because it means I get to do more Sea Yoga!
