CrossFit^® Up Dog

Fantastic experience: After being in town during the last week of May and knowing my gym would be there competing, I decided to volunteer with their Beach Town Throw Down competition. I was impressed by the dedication and professionalism of the staff and other volunteers. Very good facilities and hospitality. I was honored to assist and would love to help again!

Positive experience: Crossfit class was great, they were welcoming to my husband and I. When we called to ask about dropping in, they acted like it was foreign concept. They lady on the phone, was pretty rude. I was considering hanging up and going to a different gym. I think this happened because they are more of a sports facility then a CrossFit gym. The drop in fee was $20 per person which I thought was a bit much.

Fantastic experience: So thankful for this Crossfit community! I had no experience with weightlifting before I started, and now feel comfortable and confident! Knowledgeable and encouraging instructors and a great group of accountability partners!

Fantastic experience: Recently visited CrossFit Up Dog in Myrtle Beach! This was the second year in a row that I have worked out there during my one week stay. The people were incredibly friendly and even remembered that I had been there a year prior. Needless to say, I felt very welcome. The gym was clean, equipment was in great shape, and the programming was great. I would recommend if you are visiting Myrtle Beach and are looking for a good box, go visit Up Dog!!!
