Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this place! Each yoga instructor that I have attended a class with, has been knowledgeable and encouraging! The atmosphere is alway welcoming and nonjudgmental. The juice bar is also lovely; the menu is very well thought out!

Fantastic experience: Rootdown is a beautiful studio and the teachers are wonderful and give great instruction and inspiration. The environment is very comfortable and inclusive and I feel like I make the class my own every time I attend, with no pressure to keep up with anyone or do anything I'm not capable of. It's easy to book classes online as well and they offer classes for all levels.

Fantastic experience: What a beautiful space! I came in for a gentle yoga class while visiting from out-of-town and it was perfect. The staff were so friendly. I didn’t grab anything to eat because that area wasn’t open at the time I went, but when I drop by again I definitely will!

Fantastic experience: Rootdown is absolutely the best yoga studio in Michigan! The staff is always very friendly, professional & kind. Yoga classes are available for all levels in their large, well ventilated yoga room. The juice bar is the best part after a yoga class or even stopping in for lunch. They have a large variety of delicious fresh juice's, smoothies, salads and wraps. I highly recommend stopping in!
