You have access to all equipment even after your training appointment you can use the cardio machines or any other equipment if you wanted to get more of a workout in. Prices are fair, the trainers are caring and friendly. I highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this training facility. It has more of a boutique feel. Not like an over crowded gym. Great state of the art equipment. The staff here is awesome and go above and beyond to help you reach your goals. They have made me a custom nutrition plan and workout plan. They will do measurements for you and track your success. They also stock Arbonne products onsite. It is well climate controlled. Very clean. Thank you Brian for always giving me an apple when I look fatigued! And Danielle for the hard workouts and bringing me my water bottle to work!! ;-)
