Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Shay for a while now and I’m very happy that I found her. She’s amazing trainer very tentative and pushes you especially when you don’t feel like pushing yourself. I love how she focuses on what goals you have for your body and helps You achieve them. I'm result motivated, so it helps that she is friendly, educated, and encouraging. She provides individual dietary advice and is super flexible.
