Fantastic experience: Lots of options. Pool (with classes & open swimming), circuit work machines, weights, gymnasium for classes (plus open times if you wanna do your own thing). Lots of help when it is needed. You just need to ask. Not too embarrassing to people who are not happy with their own body.
Fantastic experience: The staff of physical therapists are so nice and helpful! They truly care about those they are treating.
