Total Fitness Kickboxing - Murfreesboro, TN

Fantastic experience: Everything about this place is awesome! From the moment I walked through the door to the last punch I threw, Coach Payton had the place hopping...literally. it was a solid workout combining elements of kickboxing, cardio, calisthenics and core, a total body experience. And I sweated buckets! If you're in the Murfreesboro area even just for a visit, I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I’ve tried really hard to be one of those people that enjoy going to the gym, but I just couldn’t get into it. I got bored. I dreaded going. Then I found TFK and after a long week at work I cannot WAIT to get on the bag. This gym feels like home. It’s always clean. Everyone is happy to see you. High fives, fist bumps, and smiles all around. You can go at your own pace. Be prepared to realize that you can do more than what your mind tells you you can do. The team truly pushes you because they believe in you. I feel like I’ve really found my “thing”. Thanks TFK. You guys have made such a difference in my life!

Fantastic experience: I love this place, the atmosphere is addictive. They are very supportive, the class is very affordable. I'm expecting to be there a very long time. My instructor is the best! Go to just one class I promise you that you will not regret it! It's what you will be looking for! ????

Fantastic experience: This class was amazing. I was challenged and pushed just enough with out making me feel inadequate. The instructors were very supportive and never judged when i need to take a break or didn’t go as hard. The whole vibe was so welcoming and you can tell everyone is a family. If you want to workout, gain confidence, and join a family; this gym is for you.

Fantastic experience: I loved my first visit so much… I just had to sign up and become a part of this new community of people. The atmosphere was fun and full of non stop encouragement to keep up and keep moving. In fact, I enjoyed it so much… I decide to start bringing my 8 year old son with me too! My hope for him is to not only set a healthy example, but to encourage him to build focus on following directions and it also doesn’t hurt to be able to burn some of his boyish energy at the same time. We definitely foresee this becoming a great new journey stone for our health in the months and years to come.
