Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! I used to train with Sophie and I go bi weekly for massages with Dave! Check him out, he’s an incredible massage therapist who has worked with the 49’ers and other incredible athletes. He’s a sports medicine pro!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym and trainers. It's small and everything is customized to you goals/needs. Ashley is owner and she opens up the gym for day-after-Thanksgiving group work out which is really fun for families. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: It's GREAT!!! They've fixed a lot of issues I've had with an old injury and various other things. It's basically an independent-trainers-only gym (everybody that works out there works with a trainer, and they match you with a particular trainer based on what you need or want to do). They've also got a very good physical therapist who has done wonders for me. It's not cheap (about twice the normal rate for trainers in other gyms), but I wouldn't trade it for the world - the trainers are very experienced and very, very knowledgeable. One of the best things I've ever done was to contact them more than a year ago.
