Fantastic experience: I've been a part of the Studio since they opened their doors 4 years ago. Its not just a great place to work out, its a therapy session, and a family. As someone who suffers from autoimmune disorders, Lisa keeps me strong (emotionally and physically) and her story is beyond motivating. Our town is lucky to have her and her fellow trainers. The trainers are amazing and so are the clients who are always pushing and motivating each other. Hands down the best training center I have ever been apart of!
