Journey Cycling and Fitness Studio

Fantastic experience: The instructors are challenging and motivating. The studio has space so that the bikes are not crowded. I definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I joined Journey over almost two years ago and wasn't sure what I was getting into. I did Crossfit for years but never felt I was coached up to reach my fitness potential. Tiffany, Greg, George, Stephanie, and the rest of the team do a great job in always making sure you are doing the proper form with any exercise or workout. They cheer you on, and they do everything possible to put you in the best position to succeed with your workouts and personal fitness goals. It is by far the best workout atmosphere I have ever been a part of. Because of Journey, I eat better, manage my time better, and even perform at my job better. If you are looking for something different (and better), this is the place to be. See you at the next workout!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for over 2 years. The classes are always fresh, you never do the same one twice and they make you work hard! The instructors knowledge is excellent. Try Journey, you won't want to go back to a "gym' ????????
