Fantastic experience: Did a trial class since I’m in Mt. P for work for a few months. Grace and Scott were terrific and the class was challenging but a ton of fun. Great facility and very well kept.

Fantastic experience: Rock Box is an amazing workout. I did my free class, then signed up for an entire year upfront I loved it so much. The classes are always changing, it never gets boring, and the instructors always show up and encourage you to work your hardest. They are also willing to work with any fitness level an modify based on your needs. I would highly recommend trying it out!
