Fantastic experience: I dropped into Crossfit Mt.Holly for a few weeks while working at JBMDL. Everyone was welcoming from day one and the coaches were very attentive. The programming was balanced and had a good mix of strength and gymnastics workouts. The box is also military friendly. Definitely recommend for anyone trying out crossfit or looking to get some fitness in while visiting from outside the area. Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first day of CrossFit. My workout team and coach were welcoming and encouraging throughout the entire workout! The owners are very clear on how they instruct you and are truly there to help you improve and get the technique over the weight! I cannot wait until Thursday when I got back for my next workout!!!!
