Fantastic experience: I was so lucky to get to know Alan. He is an amazing person and trainer. He knows what you need and offers you a great workout experience. He is expert in weight loss, endurance, making muscles, and massage. Alan is very familiar with the bones and muscles of the body, so he can adjust what is best for you based on your strength, experience, and goals. He is not only a great trainer, but he is a fantastic person and friend. You enjoy working with him. His diligence, support, and patience makes you motivated and energetic. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone with any level of experience. If you are looking for a healthy and disciplined workout to achieve your goals (weight loss, burning fats, making muscles, having a healthy body and mind), Alan is your choice. Just trust him. He knows what he is doing. Thanks Alan to be my personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: Personal training with Cassandra Berger has made an amazing difference in my life! One year ago, I had a lot of hip pain and was limited in what I could physically handle. Through Cassie’s knowledge and training techniques, I not only move and accomplish more on a daily basis, but recover much more quickly after hours of gardening, hiking, or hauling around luggage or music equipment. In addition to her expert application of corrective exercise, Cassie is also working with me on strength training…I’m loving how strong I’m getting and will be aging much more gracefully because of it!

Fantastic experience: I’m just going to get right to it. Cassie is the absolute BEST! Each session I have with her, I learn new things of substance and technicality regarding fitness. I’ve always been afraid of the gym for some reason but now, Cassie makes going to the gym something I look forward to very often. I will never get another personal trainer. I’ve seen so much progress within my overall health, strength, and fitness capabilities in such little time since the beginning of my journey with her. Book a session immediately, you will never look back! I love it here! Lol

Fantastic experience: I started visiting O2 at Brier Creek sometime in 2019. Even though I was new to gym workouts, everyone at O2 was super nice and was very welcoming. Few months into my membership, I started training with Isaiah. I had just one goal in mind - reduce weight by 20 pounds. All thanks to Isaiah, we were successful within a year! It wouldn't have been possible without Isaiah's meticulous planning. He would take the measurements once every two weeks and gave me really good feedback on my workouts and diet. During the weekends, Isaiah would plan out all the workouts for the next week which I found to be very helpful as a beginner. I also wanted to get into running (running was something that I loathed before but wanted to give it a shot). Isaiah couldn't have been more supportive - he was there for me all the time and answers to any of my questions was just a text away. I really cherish working with Isaiah. And O2 is such an amazing place to workout!

Fantastic experience: Joined O2 fitness in January. Just completed my fifth weekly session with my fitness coach, Justin. Very pleased with my progress. Justin listened very carefully to my needs and focused all my exercises to address them. I’m seeing great results. After eight weeks, I’ve lost 25 lbs (10 more to go) and, simply put, feel much better. Justin and O2 have enabled me to realize my health goals quicker. The facility is impressive but having someone like Justin to build a personalized workout is key to making real progress. Thanks Justin!
