Fantastic experience: I had so many excuses why I "couldn't" workout, but I also knew that the more weight I gained, the more reasons I would find. Then, my 13-year-old daughter asked me the life-changing question, "am I going to have big legs and hips when I get older, like you and grandma?" Aside from my ego being bruised, I was all the more determined to prove to my daughter that I had the power to change my health and well-being. My health concerns included a broken neck (I have a titanium C5 and a laminectomy of my C4, C6, & C7), several additional spinal cord concerns, chron's disease, and endless arthritis. Still, I knew I needed to get fit to end the cycle of health problems. When I walked into Fit in 42 Palm Springs, I was immediately welcomed and introduced to Dulce, co-founder, and the entire 42 Team. The trainers are always mindful of my health concerns and help modify my workouts and nutrition plan to meet my needs. I have now been attending for about two months and I feel stronger and better than ever! I am so grateful to everyone at Fit in 42 - Palm Springs.

Fantastic experience: This is not your typical gym. I just finished the 6 week fit in 42 program. There is a lot of structure and support here. Regular classes, nutritional information, and other information to support you in your fitness efforts and goals. At most gyms you just sign up and you're on your own. Not here. Everyone is very helpful, friendly, and supportive. If you put the effort in, you will reap the rewards. I highly recommend it
