F45 Training Langtree Lake Norman

The coaches are devoted and take the time to make sure your form is correct and are invested in getting to know you personally. F45 Langtree is a fun and inviting atmosphere! The coaches and members make working out fun!

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a gym that offered early morning classes with a good variety of workouts that wouldn't leave me feeling bored or in a rut so I decided to try F45. I got exactly what I was looking for. I've learned so much about strength training and good form from the coaches here. Plus, as a busy full time working outside the home mom, I love the 45 minute efficient but super effective workouts!

Fantastic experience: Great variety of workouts with motivating coaches. Great full body workout that is challenging and provides results. The group setting provides a team environment in which we are all shooting to attain our fitness goals.
