Fantastic experience: great family atmosphere and Doug is very knowledgeable. I've been a member for over 2 years and I'm in there at lunch, putting in work and trying to get swole. Might help if I cut down on the late night bowls of kids cereal. I do love me some Cookie Crisp though!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Q for about 2 years now and it is the best gym I have ever been to. The owners Doug Gillis, Sue Gillis & Doby Gillis will tell you everything you need to know when working out here so that you feel like a champ in a matter of no time! If there's one thing I've learned it's that the Q family accepts all shapes and sizes and makes you feel like you belong there. In all my workouts I have never been disappointed because it is a great overall experience and environment to be in.

Fantastic experience: I have been working out at the Q for 3 years. Doug who is the owner can explain mechanics and nutrition better than anyone. Super family atmosphere and really good people to work out with everyday. I have seen super athletes, first time crossfitters and everything in between working out together.
