Fantastic experience: This privately owned gym is amazing. My family, all gym rats, joined the gym for a week while on vacation. The staff was professional, friendly, and available to answer any questions. The facility itself has great equipment which includes state of the art resistance machines, free weights, stretching areas, and classrooms. I visit gyms across the US, as I vacation, and this one is definitely tops. Thanks for a great experience in Mooresville, Flex Fitness.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and friendly staff. They have a ton of equipment and dumbbells go up to 150 lbs which is a plus. If you’re looking for a good facility check them out. FYI. The protein smoothies are awesome as well.
