Fantastic experience: If you're in the area looking for a great workout I'd definitely recommend hitting up Ferox 365! Kim the owner and all the members are all very welcoming and helpful! The workouts are great and you definitely feel like you got a great one in when you're done! Great location, easy access, great equipment and a great trainer! Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. Trainers are outstanding, they use the facility itself and the area that surrounds it to provide workouts that are different each day but challenging at all times. Cannot say enough good things about Kim, Nikki and the people that train here.

Fantastic experience: Ferox365 is like having a personal fitness coach. The workouts are challenging but doable and can be scaled to every fitness level. The coaches push you to do your best, but there's no pressure to do more than you are ready to do. The focus is on gaining muscle, becoming stronger, toning, and losing fat. Every workout is different and the exercises are unique. They also help you find the proper nutrition program that works for you. After the first month I saw more progress than any other workout I've done!
