Fantastic experience: Definitely the best gym in town! Clean and run by nice people with a supplement store attached. If you like lifting and want to go to a real gym with quality equipment, variety, and space to move this is the place for you. There are cardio equipment and machines like the other places around but if you actually want to make progress you need free weights, racks, benches, and chalk! All the bases are covered here and the locker rooms are actually clean.
