Positive experience: Love the fact that they have a place for kiddos... Can't always have a babysitter, so that's very nice!

Fantastic experience: Day and Knight fitness offers a great experience each time I go. I live in walking distance so I go here often. It offers something for everyone and feels great seeing my and my gym buddy’s progression. I believe the boxing area should be moved or expanded because it’s so cramped in the back. Overall great quality.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic new ownership. Missing an Olympic lifting platform and only one squat rack. But a good culture and plenty of machines, treadmills, dumbbells, etc.
