Fantastic experience: I have been working with Tyler for a few years now. He is the best trainer I have ever worked with. Not only does he provide awesome workouts that I burn at least 450 calories in, he also helps me stay focused on nutrition. Each time I have a session with him he looks at my food log and discusses different ways I can meet my goals. He is kind, considerate, hardworking, and extremely intelligent in exercise and nutrition. I have had a lot of my friends and family workout with him and I and he makes sure he gets a workout that can fit each individuals needs. I would HIGHLY recommend him- he will work hard to help you reach your goals! P.S.- He just added onto his gym. It was great before, but now it is big enough for group classes. It’s fun getting a workout in with a group of your family and friends. He also has up to date, high quality equipment that he is always upgrading!!
