Fantastic experience: I wanted to join a gym with a team work mentality and I found the perfect place. I had Zero and I mean ZERO experience in Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. When I arrived for my first day I was nervous and intimidated because I was new and did not know anyone. Everyone in the class made me feel as if they knew me for years. Jeff is the instructor and he made me very excited to continue to learn and be apart of that lifestyle. Jeff offers one on one instruction with everyone in the class and made sure you were comfortable before adding additional combinations. The class goes at your own pace. Most importantly, everyone in the class is more than happy to assist you if you need extra work or want extra reps. There's individuals in class that have been fighting for years and will always stop their own reps to help you with yours. I would recommend this gym to anyone.
