Fantastic experience: Excellent gym in every was. the equipment are well maintained. employee and front desk are very courteous, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Changing rooms and showers are clean and well supplied. operating hours are reasonable. the atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly. thanks to the management and all involved in doing a great job.

Fantastic experience: Solid gym, will provide sports equipment too. The real gem is across the street in the MWR zone for serious lifters!

Fantastic experience: Retirees are treated exceptionally as are active duty members… which a wonderfully equipped gym with a great staff was available back in the day! Go Navy!

Fantastic experience: I am staying with some military relatives. We popped by this jawn to prepare our bodies for a holiday bar crawl. It has it all. It is actually huge. They've got treadmills, they've got weights, they've got a Concept 2 rowing machine which is the only good rowing machine. While I would not recommend sneaking on to a military base to get to this gym, it is worth it if you have the connect.

Fantastic experience: The staff was so nice! The gym is huge with all my favorite equipment. THE SAUNA WORKS! Everything is well spaced out. Best military gym I've been to so far!
