Fantastic experience: AMAZING!!! They play the best music while I do the hot sculpt class. It’s so fun I don’t even feel like I’m working out. After I leave though within 24 hours I feel it BIG time! In the best possible way!!

Fantastic experience: This is hands down THE BEST yoga facility I have ever been to! Actually, it's not just a facility where you come and go - it truly feels so welcoming like a second family ???? I drive 30 minutes to get here from Everett which speaks for itself! The instructors all have their unique way of teaching classes and making you feel SO connected and welcomed - no matter your level of practice! They always take time for classes that are applicable to ask if anyone would like to focus on working a specific area or body part which I think is really thoughtful. They have SUCH a beautiful variety of classes. From Barre, to Sculpt, Hot Hatha, Yin & GUIDED MEDITATION (COME ON PEOPLE! :) OH, and I can't forget about Breathwork classes, Women Heart Centered Workshops, Arco and SO MANY WORKSHOPS! This place is absolutely perfect. I mean, and they also sell crystals along with many other goodies up front! (: I've laughed, I've smiled, I've sweated AND cried...(the good kind!) and I wouldn't trade the experience I've had here at Bliss Yoga Studio for going anywhere closer to home. ❤️ Thank you Bliss Yoga for helping me focus on myself and continue on in my health & healing journey! ✨️

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this studio. It’s a one-of-a-kind place. They incorporate heat with (almost) all their classes which helps with bad joints and healing. Plus! More calories burned! I’m so happy Monroe has this gem.
