Fantastic experience: I love the Y! I love the staff and the facility and the hours of operation and the equipment. I only wish we would discontinue to use of the styrofoam cups for coffee. People can bring their own cups. Styrofoam has no place in a landfill for one stinking cup of coffee. Thanks to the Y for everything else! You've been the instrumental part of my mental health for years!

Fantastic experience: The Y offers many different opportunities to make fitness FUN! The times when classes are offered are good and the ability to join a class when it works for you without a commitment is great. The people are friendly and always there to answer a question or help. The pool and aquatic center are clean, well-kept and open for free swim most of the time. Our Y is a very welcoming, comfortable place.

Fantastic experience: Great family atmosphere. Plenty of opportunities for everyone to workout. Many different types of workout sessions available. If you are looking for personal training David and his team are great.
