Fantastic experience: Besides having the best name, Iron Pelican was super welcoming. I dropped in one of the 6am classes during a cross country road trip. The coach was very welcoming and friendly, and did a good job of checking my form during lifts, which always makes me feel better about a box/coach. There was another coach doing the workout at that time, too, and he was also really friendly and gave me some great rowing tips after class.

Fantastic experience: By far the #1 CrossFit Box around!!! Not just about the extreme but finding what BEST fits each individual athlete's abilities and goals to all live at our Fittest. Very welcoming and attentive!
