Fantastic experience: Im obviously not the most fit or capable, and honestly I have always been intimidated to join a gym like CrossFit. BUT I couldn’t be more wrong. They are all so nice, super knowledgeable, and can adapt the same workouts so that I can actually do them and still see results! I feel a part of a community! We are all there for different reasons, but the encouragement to achieve whatever my goals are is always there!

Fantastic experience: This place and these people will change your life. Not only are they huge advocates for your physical health but they also help take care of the mental. If you are looking for a community and a home away from home look no further.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending classes for a month and the coaches and members are helpful and supportive. If you are new to your fitness journey or been off and on at a gym like me, I would recommend stopping by and discussing with Bart and Chelsea. They have a wealth of knowledge and truly want to see you improve.

Fantastic experience: This Gym, and the people there have changed my life. not just physically, but mentally. My only regret is I would have found this place sooner, as it lead to many beautiful friendships and really helping me mentally get through some hard times in life and pushing daily to become the best version of myself. I look up to Bart and Chelsea and the members. They are what leadership is and should be. A great example of community. The things I’ve learned here have made my life richer and fuller. I am happy. I am healthy. I’m more confident in myself. I love these people, and I hope they know I love them and this place. It is not JUST a gym. It is so much more.
