Fantastic experience: LPT is like a home away from home, great community that is very friendly and welcoming of new members. Very clean area with a lot of new top of the line equipment. They have everything you need for a killer workout, tons of squat racks, bars, benches, kettlebells, even a rock wall! There is also Ju jitsu classes if thats your thing. If you don't know where to start book a session with Sam and he will get you going!

Fantastic experience: The best gym I have ever been a part of. The gym has a big family feel to it. The classes are my favorite & they are always changing to offer a variety of exercises. Easy to stay focused/motivated. Coming to LPT is literally an escape from reality. Love it here.
