Fantastic experience: I went into CrossFit skeptical, unsure if I would enjoy it. I’m now approaching the one year mark and can’t stress how much I love it. Working out is not longer a burden; it’s a hobby. JH is full of good people who will make you feel right at home. The coaches are professional and fun, and they know exactly how to push you while still caring for your safety. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym lead by an amazing staff! The programming is well designed and the staff are able to help athletes at every level of fitness. The community felt like family after only one month!

Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed everything about JH CrossFit. Everyone at JH is so encouraging and as a new member 5 months ago, they have been more than welcoming. Proud to say I’m a member of THIS CrossFit family. And the coaches are AWESOME!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at JH for a few years now and I couldn't think of a better place to work out! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the coaches are top notch! I would recommend JH to anyone looking to improve physically and mentally.
