Fitness Connection - Mission Bend

Fantastic experience: My go to gym . I accomplish everything I need here. I don’t really find myself waiting on anyone, since my workouts are versatile and on different days as others

Positive experience: Awesome Gym. After the incident (there wad a security incident at the gym a month or two ago) a guard would come to the gym, only then could you use the basketball court. The court is available from 9am to 2pm, but I wish I could use the basketball court earlier in the morning though (say 8am or so). If it weren't for this, I'd give this gym 5 stars, no hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym, they opened almost as soon as I moved to Briar forest and I love it! It has recently gotten alittle more busier in the morning but still pretty great! Would recommend, I specifically workout in the women's area and it’s great they have all the needed equipment and the cardio movie room is 100%. The staff is usually kind and great, I do go early in the morning, to who it make concern, thank you . 10/10

Positive experience: This gym is very, VERY, good. There are so many machines that you get lost in between them. The weight section is a little small in my personal opinion but it's still really good to lift weights as there are many benches available and a lot of weights in general. The free zone is really good for people that need more space if they need to do work outs like lunges for example. Bathrooms are really clean. Best part is that it is all affordable. Worst part is the hours. It would be better if it was 24/7 again because there are some days where it's not possible to make it because of work and personal lives.
