Fantastic experience: Wallet-friendly, efficient and no nonsense gym.

Fantastic experience: I tried the week trial to see if I would like it. The first day, the coach was really nice, and they played good music. It took me awhile to figure out the rotation sequence, but once I got it I was fine. I realized the time for each exercise was good because by the time I got tired, it was on to the next station. I finished the work out thinking it wasn't too bad. I didn't know if I got anything out of it though, because I felt fine. The next morning, I had to literally roll out of bed because I was so sore. That's when I signed up for the rest of the week. I missed one day of my trial and honestly missed it. My last day I did the body scan. ???? Highly recommended if you want a starting point. In just that week... I realized I felt different. I WANTED to go to class...I wasnt dreading it. This location is SOOO different from other ones. I don't know what it is, but just such a positive vibe, and the members are so friendly. I appreciate that they offer different membership options, which other locations don't. This location should do 1,2,3 family instead of team at the end of each class, because they really do act like one. ????????

Fantastic experience: F45 Sienna has been a game-changer for me! I've avoided gyms because nothing ever worked for me. Thanks to F45 and their super helpful coaching staff, I've started to get healthy for the first time in a very long time. Thanks to the whole crew at F45, I'm experiencing real life change!

Fantastic experience: Best of the Best! Absolutely love coming to classes every day - always a different work out every time so you don’t get burnt out like some of the others. Everyone that works there is amazing & makes sure you are doing the exercises correctly which I very much appreciate. I don’t feel like my day is complete if I miss a class - lots of fun & highly recommend to anyone to give it a try - you will love it!
