Fantastic experience: Wow ???????? FEEL GRATEFUL SHREDZ GYM IS AMAZING. MY CAREER; HOSPITAL REHABILITATION GYMS, I HELP WITH ALL PATIENTS THERAPY IMPROVE LIFE DIAGNOSES BUT HAVE BEEN HAVING SURGERIES MYSELF. SHREDZ GYM; KINDEST NICE LOYAL TRAINER, DALTON. I DO RANGE OF MOTION, LITE WEIGHTS MACHINES, NOT ABLE TO BOUNCE, TEARY EYED LAST NITE. DALTON DEMOS EXERCISES FOR SAFE BODY MECHANICS. IN LIFE, WE HAVE CHALLENGES, THIS GYM IS GREAT, HAS NICE PEOPLE, MACHINES, CLASSES, CLEAN. LOVE THAT I FOUND SHREDZ GYM. JULIE

Fantastic experience: I have had the best experiance training with Arlette Kelley . She motivates me to push thru and keep showing up . The gym is super clean and nice. They always have good music lots of nice equipment and tons of positive energy . I definitely will refer everyone....
