Sweat House OC Mission Viejo

Fantastic experience: Just finished my first class at Sweat house OC and I am still shaking! What a great class. I can’t wait to go back. I would highly recommend trying a class. Everyone is very friendly and the workout was fantastic!

Fantastic experience: Took my first class at Sweat House OC in Mission Viejo today, and although it was tough it was an awesome class! Lexi the instructor (and part-owner I believe), was super helpful, informative, and motivational. Everyone was very welcoming and the music selection was excellent. Can't wait for my next class!

Fantastic experience: I love coming here! So different than any other type of workout I’ve tried. You’ll have that good sore feeling the next day. Mimosa is also an amazing instructor, so sweet and welcoming!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Sweat House is so nice! They help you get comfortable with the mega-former and the exercise movements. They are always checking your form to make sure they are no injuries. I love that there is no impact during the class. It saves my old joints! I’m 64 and if I can do it, you can too! Class goes by fast, and the music is great. I recommend you give it a try!

Fantastic experience: I purchased a bundle of 10 classes and will absolutely be purchasing a membership after I use them all up. I was very nervous for my first class but Skylar took her time to walk me through the machine and explained the types of workouts we would be doing and made me feel very comfortable going into the class. She also made modifications and adjustments to where it made the workout more tailored to my needs. She is the absolute sweetest and I would highly recommend taking classes with her and at these studios!! Also, her music truly never disappoints.
