Fantastic experience: Gorgeous brand new facility! Convenient location with safe and well-lit parking. Spotlessly clean and positive atmosphere. Missti is the head person there and very well-known and respected in the Eastside fitness community. Her positive energy is contagious and I would enthusiastically encourage anyone to try it out!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for over a year, and this is definitely the most for I've ever been. I played high school sports, stayed active during college, and never got into bad habits, just never made it a priority. The class structure here has really helped me get back into shape and make my health a priority! Since coming to F45 it's literally been life changing! I love the community here and I've never enjoyed going to a gym so much in my life.

Fantastic experience: Agree with the other reviewers. Great place to work out for all levels of fitness. The trainers are highly engaged in every class and help keep every one motivated. The owners have built a great community of members. I've been going for over a year and look forward to every class.

Fantastic experience: F45 RMV has literally changed my life. Being able to attend flexible class times has allowed me to work around my ever changing work schedule. I’ve been a member for over a year and the workouts are still extremely challenging due to the continuous changes they make. I could never achieve the same level of intensity on my own. The owners are very down to earth and the member base has a great sense of comradery.

Fantastic experience: F45 is a really, really great work out. I've seen results in as few as two weeks when I've been at other locations. This location is brand new and full of great equipment. They have a lot of trainers and are constantly doing special events that really engage their clients. I definitely suggest the earlier classes if you can make them. The plaza is starting to get really busy and it'll be way worse when In-N-Out opens.
