Fantastic experience: Great place to get a massage, take a fitness class or participate in martial arts

Fantastic experience: Not currently Spectrum Fitness member, but I stopped by for a self-defense seminar that they offered. From start to finish, I was incredibly pleased with my experience there. Friendly staff, very intentional and REAL training, and all-around very well organized and personal. I would highly recommend SF to anyone.

Fantastic experience: This is not a business. THIS IS A FAMILY!!! Spectrum takes pride in who they are and who they let represent their name. I could go on for days, but simply put this is an amazing place!

Fantastic experience: This review specifically comments on the swing dancing classes offered at Spectrum fitness, but I might add I LOVE this gym all around,too. I would recommend these dance lessons to everyone. It’s the most amazing life skill, it’s a fantastic date night activity and it’s an absolute blast! My partner and I had no experience and about by the fourth class, we felt like were pretty darn good! (: The instructors Dante and Grace are fantastic. They read the room and tailer the class to their students. They are patient and light hearted. If you’re considering the course, GO FOR IT! You won’t regret it. (:
