Fantastic experience: I can’t tell you how proud I am to be a Gorilla and to be part of an awesome team. Freddy not only pushes you to work hard he pushes you harder mentally trying to help you reach your goals. The classes are amazing.... it’s a friendly environment and I only been here for a month and see a difference mentally, physically and body wise. Thank you for all your hard work into helping me reach my Goals. His smile brightens up our morning and is always positive. If you want a personal coach who is going to push you harder and harder everyday, Freddy is the guy!

Fantastic experience: Love Gorilla Press Fitness! Freddy is the man! Freddy has been my personal trainer for the past two months and the results have been incredible. He is sensitive and respectful of my limitations due to injury. Nevertheless, his pushes me to my max, commanding the best of me and constantly educating and motivating me to be healthier in body and mind. I highly recommend Freddy. Gorilla Strong!

Fantastic experience: I have been thru a few trainers and have gotten to partial goals but I think Im in for a surprise with Freddy. He know how to push and when to push and he knows when im faking! He brings me out! Its a love hate relationship for sure. Try the Silverback, you wont regret it and you definately wont be bored!
