Fantastic experience: Greatest gym I’ve ever been in. Affordable and convenient location. Everyone I’ve met is nice, and even during the busiest hours machines and free weights are open somehow. If you love lifting this is the place to be.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. On first glance it might look hardcore for some but it is very, very welcoming, from the the staff to the trainers to the clientele. All shapes and sizes workout here. Dennis Arndt is one of the amazing trainers they have on staff.

Fantastic experience: As a plus size lady I was nervous about going to a gym with so many athletic people, but everyone is so focused on what they're doing that unless you're being obnoxious no one pays attention to you. Also the area is spacious so it's easy to spread out and not bump into other people. Only cons is that there are not many cardio machines and due to the open concept it gets very hot in the summer. I didn't dock the rating for these things because 1) it's a weight lifting focused gym and I've never had an issue getting a machine as people mostly use them for warm ups. 2) They do their best to keep things cool in the summer with fans and large open windows for cross breeze. If you want chilly AC while you work out there are plenty of other options in the area.
