Fantastic experience: Just completed my first LIFT workout at ALTR and absolutely loved it! It was just the right amount of challenging. Melissa was amazing and watched everyone closely so that we do the moments properly so that we don't get hurt.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I joined recently in the Edina location and were really impressed after our free week. We love that we can go at our own pace and never feel judged, the workouts are killer and hit around the whole body with strength and cardio, it doesn't feel like a cult, very supportive and energizing trainers (they will correct form which is nice for newer exercises), and we look forward to continuing our workouts here! We also both think the value is aligned on the pricing.

Fantastic experience: ALTR is fantastic! Super friendly trainers and staff While their workouts absolutely kill me (in a positive way )it's a blast. They're great at making you feel like you can push even just 1% harder to get the most out of your workout. They have nice showers too which helps if you have to run to work right after class.
