CrossFit^® 414

Fantastic experience: Sometimes you don't realize how good you have it till you leave. Was a member at 414 for about a 1-1/2 years before I moved to Denver. Since moving and trying the gyms around me I realize how much I loved this place. Great coaches, shout out to Dan and really all of them for really prioritizing form with every class. Seems like all the gyms in the Denver area I am in just don't put the emphasis on the fundemantals the way I am used to and just chuck you into WODs cold. I miss this place, but don't miss those WI winters.
