Fantastic experience: I've been involved with this group for six years now. It's become an increasingly important part of my life. Yes the workouts and exercise philosophy are extraordinary, but this particular gym has its own special magic that comes from kind of people we attract. I think it has a lot to do with the fact that it's owned by the members. There's something here for everyone, and everyone fits in. After what has been a really dark year, you really notice what an impact it has on your life when you surround yourself with people who have a positive attitude and take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing. It's contagious. In a good way.

Fantastic experience: I started Crossfit back in 2017 with absolutely no experience. The coaches are great and the members are great. 4 years later and I am still attending classes daily and it's easily the best part of most of my days. Could not have found a better workout community and group of friends in the MKE area.
