BodyPlex Fitness Milledgeville

Fantastic experience: I have worked out at Bodyplex for years and can day confidently that it’s the best gym in the area. They have constantly upgraded equipment and have added pieces over the years. They provide many group classes that cater to people of any fitness level, and provide numerous community events throughout the year.

Fantastic experience: I started this gym at 53 everyone was so welcoming. From the first class I took I was hooked on Bodyplex. The instructions are great and helpful and the front staff always gives you a smile when you enter the door. Love the group fitness classes. My husband and I enjoy working out with the weights and machines. I love this gym so much that this is my life 6 days a week. I am sad when I have to miss a workout. Come join the family here at Bodyplex.

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout and feel comfortable whether you're just beginning your fitness journey or have been working out for a long time! The classes are amazing and the instructors make the workouts fun. This gym also has a kids center which is convenient for parents!
