Fantastic experience: Had another great workout this morning with Steve. He definitely tailors your workout to your ability. He pushes you to improve each class! You should check it out! You can currently try 3 classes for free!

Fantastic experience: Becoming a member at Dutchess CrossFit Poughkeepsie has been one of the best decisions I’ve made not only physically but mentally as well. I know walking in I will be challenged and get in an excellent workout in a positive and encouraging environment. Members can also meet with a wonderful nutritionist to assist outside of the gym as well. Dutchess CrossFit will set you on a path to success when it comes to reaching your fitness and wellness goals!

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere and always a great workout. Workouts can be modified to your own ability. Steve is great and makes every workout fun and upbeat!
